3. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our official channels. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through bank transfers, cash deposits, and approved payment gateways. All payments must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or US Dollars (USD).

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in airfare, hotel rates, or government fees. We will notify you of any price changes before confirming your booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Important Notice

Cancellation policies vary by package type and timing. Please review your specific package terms.

Standard Cancellation

  • • 90+ days: 90% refund
  • • 60-89 days: 75% refund
  • • 30-59 days: 50% refund
  • • Less than 30 days: No refund

Force Majeure

In case of government restrictions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, we will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate refunds.

5. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information for visa applications
  • Obtain required vaccinations and medical certificates
  • Follow all travel guidelines and regulations
  • Maintain valid travel documents throughout the journey

Our Responsibilities

  • Process visa applications and handle documentation
  • Arrange accommodation and transportation
  • Provide professional guidance and support
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations

Hadia Hajj & Umrah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
